Our user conference has a new name: Aptaero Connect. The event has grown alongside the community it serves, and the new name reflects what these few days have become, a working gathering where the people across aviation who use the platform compare notes, make connections, and help shape what’s next.
Aptaero Connect 2026 brings together technology and operations leaders from airlines, airports, ground handlers, and partners for three days of peer learning, working sessions, and a direct hand in where the Aptaero platform goes next. It’s an intentionally small event built around real conversations, not sales presentations.
This year’s program includes two focused tracks: one for airline teams on Departure Control (DCS), covering passenger check-in, APIS compliance, IRROPS recovery, and agent workflows; and one for airport teams on Visitor Management (VMS), covering public access programs, escort vetting, and full visibility into everyone on airport property who isn’t badged or ticketed. Whatever your focus, you’ll leave with practical takeaways and a room full of peers working through the same challenges.
