We are seeking an energetic person, looking to grow and advance in a dynamic industry to help provide vital day-to-day support to the sales and business development team by helping with all day-to-day sales activities, marketing and customer outreach as defined below. 

This individual will handle important administrative tasks, such as order processing & receiving, proposal/quote creation and updating the company CRM to keep customer records & agreements up to date.  Additionally, this role will assist the team in planning and coordination for industry events and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Create quotes for internal and external customers as needed
  • Assist in creating and providing monthly / quarterly reports to account managers
  • Process sales orders for customers, including issuing purchase orders to vendors
  • Assist in the receiving process, updating all stakeholders on order timelines
  • Assist in crafting and implementation of outbound marketing plan and strategy
  • Update company website with news & event posts
  • Help with planning and logistics for industry and partner conferences/events

Other duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales activities, customer follow ups when needed
  • Maintain and expand social media presence 
  • Update and maintain CRM 
  • Handle outbound shipping

A successful candidate MUST meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM & Quoting software tools
  • At least 1 year of inside sales or similar sales admin role
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, “Team First” environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Adobe and Microsoft productivity software (Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office)

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

  • Previous aviation industry experience or knowledge
  • Prior experience in purchasing, receiving, inventory
  • Experience with HubSpot or Connectwise
